Where can i find a dentist?

Anywhere that has denitsts with ratings or something? I know you can just call up 1-800-Dentist or look in ur insurance book or whatever, but some of those dentists suck and have rundown offices. Im in the Sunnyvale/SanJose area, anyone know a good dentist where i can get my teeth cleaned?
