Where can I find 5.25" Hard Drive mounting brackets?

I need brackets to mount a standard 3.5" HD in a 5.25" bay.. I don't need a cooler, just a mounting bracket.. I can't seem to find them anywhere..
 
Boy do I wish someone would build an enclosed 5.25" drive mounting bracket out of thick steel or aluminum....with a built-in heatsink...to insulate noise. The Seagate Barracuda IVs are quiet, and I use them as I have no choice (cause of noise), but it sure would be nice to have a silent PC with other, high-performing drives. The so-called "Silent Drive" only supports slower 5400rpm drives.
