You can save another 10 bucks if you go with an Antec One at amazon.

Unfortunately, according to specs, Antec One can't fit Hyper 212+

And who really needs a dvd drive anymore?
People who have physical copies of games or software, or collections of DVD movies, etc. Not uncommon. OS installation still also typically requires a DVD drive, most people aren't willing to go through the trouble of making a USB bootable Windows.

IMHO any tech savvy person should have a dedicated 8GB USB drive with the Windows 7 installer on it. It's super convenient and a hell of a lot faster than installing from the DVD.

You're spending $200 on a case and psu for a system that will pull 70 watts idle and under 200 while gaming?

Try an antec 300 case and earthwatts EA-380D psu for under $100 combined. That saves you $100. You can probably nix the 3570K in favor of the cheapest i5-3XXX. Your motherboard will let you overclock to the highest turbo bin with one move of a slider. Unless you're buying a cooler you cant go much higher anyway so K is kind of pointless. TIM conspiracy has made sure of that. If you are delidding, then by all means get the K. Also consider a 2500k if the price is right. You are very likely to get more than 10% more overclock on a 2500k compared to what you can get on the 3xxx. Unless there is some reason you need the newer uA?
