Where can i buy size 23a batteries? (for Garage door opener)

my garage door opener takes a size 23a battery. it now takes several clicks to open/close my garage door.

i could order it from ebay, but wont arrive for weeks since they drop ship it from China.

hardware stores will have off batteries. You'll probably also have luck at an autozone or equivalent - I found a battery to fit my (14 year old) keyless entry fob at an autozone.

Walgreens and CVS have a lot of odd size batteries. I think I found the 23a one there for like $4.

I'd say either a hardware store or Radio Shack. My dad bought one not too long ago and I think he got it from RS... they were really expensive too IIRC.

Usually for all my weird battery needs I go to Radio Shack and bring in the battery that needs to be replaced. I hand to salesman and say I need this and he goes and finds it for me. I then get raped on the price but I have the battery that I need.
