Where can I buy over the counter anti-venom?

I thought anti-venom was snake specific. Unless you can predict what you're going to be bit by, it's kind of pointless isn't it?
 
head down to some popular corner, pay some hooker 10 bucks, and have her suck it out...or if you're gonna die, put her to better use.
