Here's a nice gadget called a "flip lacer" you might like (here).

Also found these (5/8" wide!) but the downside is you have to order in QTY 500 (here).

Online? Isn't there a mall around or a local FootAction? Any decent store should have em (FootLocker, FootAction, Finishline...)
 
Footlocker doens't have the 1" ones, already checked, I bought some 2 years ago, but don't know why they don't carrythem anymore 🙁 I live next tot he mall though, like 5 mins walking. I'm going to weekend to get a more "thorough" look
