where can I buy custom sized spools?

At work we need a spool apprx 8" wide and needs to have an exact outer circumference of 150cm. Anyone know of a mail order place that would sell something like this? I tried to google it, but can't find much. Would need to be made of plastic or metal.

Spool? As in like a spool of thread? You need it for work? Is it to replace a part on a machine?

Like a spool of thread, but bigger. we need it to cut 40,000 pieces to the exact same size

plastic or metal its for a medical piece, so we couldn't use wood.
