Where can I buy cat6 cables?

I'm building a Gigabet Ethernet network, so I need a lot of those. Do you know a good place to buy it? I'm in NYC.

Though I cannot tell you where to go, I can tell you to avoid CrapUSA like the plague. The other day I saw a 6 foot cat 5 patch cable for $25. They must be smoking something. I can get one of those a Fry's for a couple of bucks.
You might want to consider buying bulk cable, a crimper and some connectors and making them yourself.

Commerically made cable > Hand made cable

It's cheaper and better to use commercially produced cables.
