Where can I buy a stand alone "motherboard drawer" part?

Buy a case that has one and get a free power supply with it, and maybe a removeable hard drive cage?

Why do you need one anyway? If you're doing benchtop testing or whatever just set the board down (or jerry rig some fasterning) to some wood.. and if you want to replaceone in a case I doubt there's 'generic' ones to fit in there.
 
ditto; what do you need it for? if you could use a mobo platform made from .205" thick (acrylic) plexiglass, measuring 12" x 18"wide please email me.
