Where can I buy a DVI to CRT converter?

Since PNY is too cheap to package DVI to CRT connectors with their Geforce 3's and even their GF4 Ti 4600 (yes, this $400 card comes with an AWESOME bundle of...STAR WARS STARFIGHTER), I'm needing to purchase one for dual monitors. I've looked in retail stores and online stores can't find anything for the life of me.

Anyone know where I can pick one up for cheap (Less than $10)?

Thompson's Computer warehouse. (tcwo.com) I bought one for 6.00 with 6.95 s&h. sorry that it comes to more than 10 bucks, but if you went to dvigear.com, It would cost you more than $40!!!

Look for an ATI DVI to VGA adapter
