Where can I buy a 939 90nm 3000+ or 3200+

Look at newegg and pricewatch. no one seems have those cpu in stock.
does anyone know where I can get them? Release date is suppose to be Oct 15. but so far none of the vendors I deal with have them, the only half-firm answer I get is they won't get those baby till late Oct.
