Where can I buy a 6 D maglite?

The biggest mag lite one can buy is the 6 D. It weighs 1400+ grams with 6 batteries in it and it's the real man's flashlight. Because of this I need one. However, the largest I can find anywhere is a 4C or a 4D (amazon.com). Where can I buy the 6D? I plan on keeping it in the car and whenever we go camping. Clearly the heavy weight to it isn't great for backpacking but I think it's worth the extra trouble just so I can know I have the biggest baddest mag lite around.

Lowe's sells some pretty big Maglites but I'm not sure if they are the 6D. You should check them out though.

Also, I have a friend that owns one. I'll ask him later this afternoon where he got it.

LMK if ya find somewhere that sells them, I'll look around too. I know Fry's sells some pretty hefty ones, not sure what size they are though

Good luck finding them... they're basically impossible to find in a store. Possibly because people consider them weapons like Fausto said... ;)
I got mine online from Radioshack a couple years ago... it was on sale for about $15.
Not seeing it on their site now... or any other maglites. Ofcourse it's next to impossible to find anything on their site.

Psycho I still laugh at that george bush quote. I showed it to somebody and they didn't think it was funny at all but to me it sounds like a drunk with altzheimers.
