where are the good restaurants in Seattle?

Ahhh...I am kinda craving for some western food now, so please no asian food suggestion, thank you.

I live near downtown, and I can't afford something too expensive...let's say $20 max....give me your suggestion, this is for my dinner

Yeah, I've run into that wall a few times, I know a dozen good thai, teriyaki, and chinese restaurants, all within three miles, but I can't name any good 'western' food places.
