Where are the Dnet Stats? - ** Stats are back!!**

Been checking all morning and they have not posted the updates for 6/20. What gives?

Just checked and they are back!! And I made my milestone...that's why I was checking.

Just another routine stats outage probably. These things happen about once every two weeks or so, so that you can just about predict when they're going to happen. Sigh . . .

I thought there was to be anew stats box in place?

Adul: They've been talking about that since January. As I understand it, there was some incompatibility with Linux and file sizes greater than 2GB. Since the stats database is obviously very large, I think they're looking into moving to FreeBSD for the stats server. It's a pity to have all that stuff sitting around since January and not have anything to do with it. Chalk one up to bad planning.
