Romney, Bachman, Perry? I know the Dems are too classy to question GOP candidates citizenship but I thought Republicans wanted a new standard for candidates?

Ron Paul when he practiced as an OB-GYN actually delivered all of them, including Barack.

nothing to see here.

How was Obama born?

I consider myself a conservative, not a Repub, but yeah I want a decent system of actually confirming a candidates eligibility for office BEFORE running.

Several bills were introduced, but at the time Pelosi was Speaker and they never saw the light of day.

It's just irresponsible not to have system of verification IMO.

I am just hoping that when the Dems are in the minority in the Senate that they will abuse the filibuster like that chinless fuck Mitch McConnell did.

I wonder if whoever gets the nomination will provide a long form birth certificate, you know like the ones they demanded from Obama, which are the ones most states DO NOT issue if requested and are actually very hard to get if you don't retain your original.

The democrats aren't a single entity; they could never organize anything like that successfully.

Can a clone become President?

Do they have to be made in the US, or can a US citizen's clone made in China become president? What about an Iranian citizen cloned in America, can that clone become president?

If George Bush had a clone, would that clone be eligible to serve two terms of his own, or would Bush Prime's previous terms disqualify the clone from serving as president?

Do the same rules apply to sentient robots if their AI is modeled on a human brain? Does the robot have to be manufactured in the US to be president? What if the parts are made in Taiwan, but it's assembled here?

What about cyborgs?
Uplifted apes/dolphins/cephalopods?

So what does that make you then creating this thread? I mean, other than a bitter partisan? In the states where this was enacted as legislation, they will be forced to produce it. Therefore it does not have to be demanded by citizens. Anyone who has even marginal intelligence is able to realize this. Guess where this leaves you?
