Where are the 1x and 4x PCI-E slots?

Which one is 1x and which one is 4x PCI-E slots for motherboard DFI lanparty SLI-DR?

There are three kinds of PCI-E slots on that motherboard, the smaller is 1x and the biggest is 16x. The other one is 4x.

That's their configuration phisically; the number of PCI-E lanes on each slot can be configured with the jumper blocks, there's a table on the board with details.

Ah, but the second 16x slot is actually a 4x slot when not in SLI mode. And that would be the one FARTHEST from the CPU.

Actually, I apologize - the 4x slot on the DFI boards is the middle sized slot furthest to toward the CPU.

The tiny ones are x1 while the slightly larger ones are x4 slots. There are also x2 and x8 slots but they're rare.
Of course finding a card that actually uses one of those slots is even harder. :p
