I see these Sonic commercials down here in SoCal all the time..but apparently there's only one out in Anaheim, but about 10 in Bakersfield. WTF?

I'm about to drive up to Norcal in about a week, I miight have to make a pitstop around there to see what all the hype is about..
 
Apparently it's an ... anywhere but california thing :| I went out to texas and there was one like every few exits. The one in socal is actually in Fullerton ... Wish they had more out here. They're not bad at all

QFT. However, if you get a burger, make sure to get a regular Sonic burger. If you get the double, too much meat throws off the taste. Regular Sonic burgers are some of the best out there. They are freaking huge also compared to other fast food joints.
 
I followed a Maybach with the plates "Mr Sonic" the other day on Golf Road (suburban Chicago).

I wasn't sure if it was the car wash "Mr Sonic" or the Hamburger "Mr Sonic" ...

If it was the hamburger guy, he's making pretty good bucks on them things.

In & Out > Sonics.

Though, I really like the drinks at sonics. Sonics has more of a variety ... while In & Out has the best burgers 🙂

obviously burgers are not as good. but they're still good. they got tater tots and cherry limeade drinks.

so perhaps get your burgers from in n out, then the sides from sonic
 
sonic has the best drinks, and used to have the best jalapeno poppers. the best thing about sonic, however, is that they serve breakfast all day.
 
Last weekend, I happened to be driving down the road North of Lancaster, PA and drove by one. i was like, "No waaaaaayyyyy...." It's about a 20-25 min drive from my house, but we ate there the next day. Sonic is awesome.

I live in NorCal, and I've never seen one.
