I used to read a lot of the reviews when i was into hardware...

A few weeks ago. I go there to test banner ad filtering programs... Anandtech has more than a dozen banners on the frontpage at any one time. Not that they don't have a place (in hell), but they slow down my viewing time by at least 50% when I'm using my work DSL connection (it's super slow).

I go to the main page once a week, notice that nothing new has been reviewed, become disappointed, then proceed to the forums. The only time I go more often is if I know a significant new processor was just released.

I went there the other day to sign up as a subscriber. Too bad the system won't let me use my own friggin id, and I sent an e-mail to "subscriber@anandtech.com" and still haven't gotten a response.

Funny, I was surprised by the new look. When did that happen? Probably like 6 months ago. LoL.

 

I come through http://forums.anandtech.com/categories.cfm?catid=38. I use an RSS reader to get news item so I only go to the front page when something I am interested in is published.
