When's the last time you got a raise ?

The economy went thru a recession not too long ago and only started recovering recently, so it's quite common that people did not get too many raises in the last few years. So I thought it might be intersting for people to know how others are doing.

I get a scheduled raise once a year, in January. base raise is 5%. if the department manager thinks the employee is worth it, they can request an additional percentage from the CFO.

my raise this year was 11%.
