Personally, I wad. Main reasons:

1. Fast
2. I want the maximum distance between my hand and my ass
3. I don't have to worry about my finger breaking through the TP and going up my ass if I apply to much force. (which is needed sometimes for the dirtier ones)

Handful of snow, it is only an arm's reach away.

I've been using baby wipes all my life. I don't feel clean unless I do - to the point where I'll wet a piece of toilet paper and use that if there are none available.

fold, kinda, I clasp the TP with my hand and roll it around my hand so the TP is at least 3 layers thick on each side of my hand, then wipe/ fold and wipe again

I also use the wet wipes at the end to get it the rest of the way clean
