When you get stressed do you eat more or eat less?

It sort of depends...
Stress about the other gender and relationships - eat less then usual.
Stress about life, career, etc. - eat more that usual.

I eat less during the moments that I am immediately stressed...but then I pig out when I have time and it makes me happy. Haha. I'm a big foodie though.

Depressed or elevated stress: Eat a bunch more.

Really super stressed (happened maybe four times in my life): Eat much less.

Edit: So I dunno how to answer the poll.

Pretty much the same here.

Normal conditions I eat about 3000 or so calories in a day.
Stressed, probably close to 4000
Totally stressed outta my skull (less than 2000 calories. Maybe one or two times per year)

More. When I get stressed, I tend to procrastinate on contemplating/solving the issue, while supporting my craving for salty foods.

If I'm mildly stressed I'll eat more because I'll have some "comfort food" to help calm me down.

If I'm extremely stressed I can't really stomach eating anything at all. That's happened maybe twice in my entire life.

Don't know. Can't say I've ever been stressed.

Born a billionaire male model with a 15" dong?

Yes, just like everyone else on ATOT 😉

But no, I went to a hard school, almost failed twice, I've had real jobs etc, but I just do what needs to be done and try not to worry about things much.

i lose about 10 pounds over the course of a semester considering i'm 150ish and 6' there's not much that i can really lose.
