Which part of the wing you like better ?

You prefer to eat the most of ? The drum part of the wing, or the "not sure what its called" flatter part of the wing ?

Hmm..for some reason I can't even stomach the drum part. Its been flat or none. My wife on the other hand, wont dare touch a flat one. Drum is all she eats.

Not sure I understand why this is done ?

flat part tastes slightly better but it too much work for too little meat. just give me the drumette and be done with it.

Well okay probably maybe real chicken had some at bww which seemed like realish chicken so yeah. 😛

And yeah I know since a chain there's hate but so what.

Chains for Wings 8/10 times. I've had wings at plenty of dives and bars, and honestly they're usually not all that great. BWW's are decent, WOW's are outstanding and I really like the ones at Yardhouse. Mom and pop places generally have maybe 2 different sauces tops. WOW has what 20? I've had about 12 and they were all good.

BWW has a lot of good sauces but the actual wings suck ass, which is kinda funny for a wing place. Mango Habanero = Win
 
eh I've had Quaker state wings and they were OK, def. not the best I've had. They'd fall near the bottom of the long list of wing places I've eaten.

but FLATS FTW, i used to dine with a fellow who would request only flats, lol, they usually made him pay but who can blame him.
