when you buy something online for instore pickup

For circuit city, I believe they just swipe the credit card you used for the online purchase.

i picked up a TV from best buy almost a year ago...i think they asked that you have the printed receipt.

Circuit City doesnt need anything but the credit card you bought it with, but it makes it easier if you have the order number, written down or printed out.

I would assume bestbuy is about the same.

I've only done it through CC, and they tell you to print out the order sheet when you order. Not sure if they really need it though.

Best Buy states that you need to have the printout with your order number & I've never tried to pickup an order without it, Circuit City wants you to have it but can locate it using your cc & ID only.
