When will there be a new ATX Spec?

I was wondering this because I have to get a new case before I can do a major upgrade, which I intend to sometime when Serial ATA and Thoroughbred come out. Since I will have to buy a new case with good airflow, I do not want to get a case with today's ATX spec. that will be changed in a few months down the road. Any information would be greatly appreciated including dates for the new ATX spec and Serial ATA.
