Look at the date of the post.

:Q I read the second post in this thread and thought: "Hah! Some chump registered 6 years ago, and on his 8th post in all that time he gets banned for life!"

Then skipped to the end of the thread...

Lol, same here! I can't believe this thread is that old. I wasn't even around till last year.

As its probably been said 100 times in this thread The Rock will probably never return to the WWE. He makes more money doing movies than wrestling.

And I will agree the WWE has gone downhill a lot the past several years. I don't think it was the absence of The Rock though, just a combination of different things.

I'm sure a few people subscribed to this thread and will bump it once in awhile.

"On March 12, 2007, The Rock made his most recent appearance on WWE, after a near three year absence when he appeared on RAW via pre-taped segment on the Titantron and correctly predicted that Bobby Lashley and Donald Trump would defeat Umaga and Vince McMahon at WrestleMania 23 in their "Battle of the Billionaires" match. In a recent interview on ESPN show Jim Rome is burning, Dwayne said that he is completely done with professional wrestling because he wants to focus on his movie career."

I stopped watching WWF when The Rock left (not BECAUSE of it, but that's just around the time I stopped)... It got really lame.

On February 25, 2008, WWE announced that The Rock would make an appearance at the 2008 WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony to induct his father, Rocky Johnson, and his grandfather, Peter Maivia.[15]

Yep, not only his dad and grandfather but his grandfather's family is part of a huge samoan wrestling family which also includes the late Yokozuna, Fatu and a ton of others.

Better question: When will 'Rip the Jacker' return to ATOT? It's not the same without his dopeª threads.

ª - dope as in 'that shit's dope' and not 'Johnson had issues with dope'
