People keep saying that when we find out who did this, they will pay. The problem is that the type of group that did this was such that it will be very difficult to find out they are. AND When we do find out who they are it will be difficult to find people they are connected to. Such is the nature of the war we are fighting. We are large and exposed. They are hidden shadows lurking among us. Sadly, it is hard to destroy shadows.

I heard on the news that these groups are hard to find because they're family and tribe based. The only way to infiltrate them is to actually be a part of their group.
