August 2007 for me... had to dress up for my friend's wedding, so I bought a really nice suit and returned it to the store the next day 😱

I own *a* suit, but I've lost about 50 pounds since I bought it; it doesn't really fit and I've yet to find a reason to spend the money on a new one... work dress code for me is doc martens, jeans, and button-down shirts, so dressing up is a pretty rare occurrence -- something I've tried to avoid as much as possible after having to wear suits every day for all 4 years of high school.
 
When my best friend married a whore back in 2003 (and I wore a damned tuxedo).
Previous time was for my mom's fancy wedding to my step-dad (they had a court wedding before that) in... uh... 1990, 91?
 
Couple weeks ago- went out w/ the GF to ballet (I know, I know....) and a really nice restaurant.
 
Grandpa's funeral last November. Before that, two years ago in a job interview. Both times I bought the suit for the occasion.

Also lost a lot of weight since two years ago and I'm not really sure what to do with an oversized suit.
 
June 07 for a stupid job interview. I've had numerous other interviews since then, and I've been wise enough not to wear a suit.
 
Spring '07 for a wedding.

Before that, January '04 while interviewing for the job that I'm currently working at.
 
what the hell.........

yesterday for me....all my coworkers dress in a suit everyday, i tend to do it once in awhile when I feel like it.
 
An actual suit? Probably 2 years ago. I wear a suit jacket and dress pants quite often though. It just isn't a matching suit. Probably once a month.
 
For a dinner about 2 weeks ago. Oddly enough, dinner at some restaurants is about the only time I ever wear a suit these days.
