I used it today. I use it every day at work. Easier for me to take notes on notepad than write it out. I type way faster than I write.

I use notepad when I want to take a quick notes or quickly save something. I use notepad++ for code when I don't want to open a full IDE.

I use notepad every day. I even have a link to notepad.exe in my taskbar I use it as my telephone message pad at work. I use it to strip formatting when copying/pasting from a browser to MS Office (which rocket surgeon decided that html should be the default format when copying to Office?).

Yup. Same here. It takes less than a second to open. I use it daily to pick through log files and and as a clipboard for stuff.

Every now and then I have to make a quick note for some reason, but I mostly use it to write code in C or assembly. I am aware there are better programs out there for this reason (have one installed) but the stuff I write now is nowhere near long or complex enough to need them. Maybe if it was over 500 lines.
