Last night I had escargot and frog legs for the first time, and both were pretty tasty. I was worried the snails would be overly chewy but they weren't really.

Frog legs are crap...just like regular buffalo wings. All bone, fat, and skin and shit, no meat.
Might as well go eat boiled cow stomach (I have).

I always eat the same things and I always eat new things.

Friend brought me a bag of Lays Sriracha chips the other day. It's alright. Not enough flavor depth. I bought her a bag of Kettle Spicy Thai. Now, that's a bag of flavor explosion in your mouth.

Oh, for those of you who never tried Thai food, you seriously need to give it a shot.
I recommend mixed vegetables with beef. Ideally of the hot level. Dont get mild, no flavor.

I try new beers all the time.

I recommend against the Sam Adams Blackberry Witbier.
The Sam Adams White Christmas was awesome, but it's seasonal.
I do recommend the Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier, which is now sold at my local grocery store.

I probably swallow some insects and spiders in my sleep, I know I have swallowed gnats when biking. And I'm sure some insect parts get into my regular food. But that's not quite the same as "eating" them intentionally.
