September 2006. I have been vegan since then, and it is becoming a real challenge to walk by the beef in the supermarket.

Prime rib is roast, not steak.

It's not steak that keeps me from becoming vegan, but bacon. Mmmm.... bacon... drool...

I have either a Rib Eye, NY Strip, or Porterhouse (whichever is on sale) every Friday night...cooked medium rare and seasoned on my infrared grill...

my wife swears she'll never order a steak at a restaurant again....yes...mine are that good :)

Three days ago, and always atleast once a week, marinated and grilled outdoors to perfection.

Yep. The raging high heat skillet method is the best way to cook a steak short of a grill. Mine are always restaurant quality. Only drawback is the smoke.

Geez, and people call me a wuss for the way I like my steak... at least I'll grill in the winter ;)

Huh? you can slice the roast into steaks, leaving the bone in and it is now a prime rib steak. Cut first then grill, or cast iron pan fry :)
