The power button on my iphone 5 only works about half the time(at best). This is a known issue for the iphone 5 and they pretty much just offer replacements on the spot. I read previously that iphones shipped after a certain date will have a different antenna in it that will be compatible with all of the LTE bands.

So would waiting until these phones come out be worth it to me from a resale prospective? I have 5 lines so I upgrade every year and sell the old phone.

I'm not sure if the LTE antennae will matter to a lot of people if you're selling it, but if you sold it in brand new condition you'd definitely get more money for it. From what I've seen iphone prices remain pretty steady until the next iphone comes out, but you might lose out on some money if you wait and sell it close to the 5s release.

considering selling it ASAP to get a GS4, HTC1, or maybe wait for note 3

Ive had ever iphone since launch, but Im ready to drop apple. No reason to stay
