Seems like most daytime TV is directed to women. I'm guessing more women watch TV during the day than men.

From that point of view, it's long overdue for The Price is Right to start catering to women.

Besides, it's only fair.

The $64,000 question is why they didn't have male models long ago. Do you have the slightest idea of the demographics of daytime TV? It's overwhelmingly female viewers.

Because that's not how it works. Women like looking at other women. Take a look at the magazine aisle.

That's because the women on the magazines are selling clothes, jewelry and makeup and men can't model that stuff. Well, maybe in your wistful daydreams they do, but women are not turned on by men in dresses. On TPIR they're showing cars, appliances and trips and men can certainly model that stuff for women.

That male model has been on for about a month or so now. As for the pregnant model, she still looks fine for the show. Best of the bunch, is that girl, Manuela.
