"How to English" was quite deliberate.

It's exactly the same kind of deliberately playful language as: "Oh, the ironing!"

Some people sarcastically say "...learning how to adult" or "I just can't adult right now."

Forcing these nouns to be verbs is done with sarcasm and/or levity.

You do know I knew that, right? Just like you knew "of" was a typo.
