Bush has stated if it appeared in front of him at his desk, that he would sign it. Of course, I'm sure he's not pushing people to have the bill zipped through and onto his desk.

california laws go above and beyond federal laws. it will not affect you at all. you will still be unable to purchase any of those weapons or bring them into the state.
