like mazer said... its taking so long because they are filming both sequels as one movie...
the only work they had done before Aaliyah's death was test footage and the martial arts training... no actual filming...

that's easy to say if you think star wars is "just another sci-fi movie". i really didn't care about the way the ep1 script was written but the story filled in a lot of info IMHO.

but it still sucks because matrix 2 won't be out in another year. the plus side is that matrix 3 will be coming out in the same year.
