When signing up for Paypal, should I sign up for a "Personal" or "Premier" Account?

Buy stuff? Without selling anything? Then get a personal account.

If you're going to sell stuff, you need a premier account.

as agent said, personal if your just buying.... premier if you sell...

You can always convert your personal into a premier later down the line, or open a second account.

Also, when using a premier account, you can accept credit cards, but you are charged a fee on ALL incoming transactions. A personal account cannot accept CC's, but there are no fees.

Wrong, they take I think maybe ~3-4% out of it along with a $.30 charge.

Actually, you are not allowed to open a second account, and believe mean, you don't want to have to deal with it if they catch you. Second, I'm not sure if it's still going on, but you can get a free Verisign key fob thingy with a permier account.

You can have more than one account. Read the terms & conditions.

PayPal allows members to have one Personal account and one Premier or Business account. However, each PayPal account must contain unique email addresses and financial information. You may upgrade your account at any time.
