Everything is running fine currently, but my sandra benchmarks suck and my fps in games should be a faster than what they are.

Either I Can wait to the new T-bred chip or even wait and see what Intel releases..

What are you getting for fps for some of the games you play?

I don't think it's a problem with your components being outdated cause you have a pretty decent machine.
It might just be some of the settings that you are using.

in the memory benchmark of sandra.

i get 368/350 .

In MOH:AA i get around 30fps and than drop down to around 10-15 in some parts

Thats pretty bad, I have an Athlon 1.4 with Matrox G400 graphics card and get better frame rates than that (grated not all the detail is turned on highest). Even so, with a GeForce3 you should be getting much better framerates.

Have you got the latest drivers etc?

Nvidia Drivers 23.42

23.11's, 23.12's 27.00, 27.20, and 27.10's all cause the loop problem..

I installed the latest via 4-in-1's but they DISABLED DMA and caused my sytem to very laggy..

And i do have the latest bios for my motherboard

My personal rule of thumb is: when I can double my processing power (CPU and MB) for
$200 or less, I upgrade..........Last time was 01/02, went from an Intel ZX MB with 466
Celeron to an Intel 815 B-Step with 1.2 Ghz Celeron Tualatin.........

I may by April, buy me a 2Agzh Intel, with 512 Rambus ( OC to 133 ), and a mobo..

I can sell my current PC2100 for I Know $160, my CPU for $60 and my Mobo for $60..

Sounds good .. ?
