Are you keeping the thread open for a very long time before posting? Your token may be expiring before you post - this will require you to refresh before posting. Otherwise try clearing your cookies, there may be some strangeness going on with your cookie time stamps or something.
 
never got an email about this - still happening and will clear cookies to see if that is it. fwiw, it has only happend since i changed to ff 3.6...thinking that may be the culprit too
