When Playing DVDs in my DVD software...

When Playing DVDs, the sound effects are loud enough but the dialogue is very quiet and I'm not sure how I can make it so that the dialogue is louder. I'm using Media Player Classic to play my dvds (not the windows one).

depends what audo hardware you are using. dvds have wide dynamic range(wide range of volumes)...some players can compress this if your audio setup sucks i guess.
