When Patents Attack

China will go 'on board' once it is in their best interests to do so. A country's laws should be for the benefit of that one country.

This whole patent thing is getting out of hand now.

Google is getting pissy with Apple and MS, and now there's going to be another bidding war over patents, this time from InterDigital.

You know these companies don't need ID's patents to innovate, they're just going after them to block each other from using certain vague technologies and impede progress.

Maybe they should make it so that patents aren't transferable?
