Smal claims court. Forst she will have to take a day off to go, and if you win not only does she have to pay, but also has to pay court cost.

 
When we invoice her for this month's utilities I'm going to inflate the figures appropriately in order to regain the money she rightfully owes me.
 
Yep, small claims court is the way to go.

If she doesn't show up, it will go on her public record and credit reports.

if you just want to get her back (and depending on how smart she is)... threaten her with small claims court. I bet she will blow up even more.
 
$60 is nothing....

When I was in college I lived with 2 girls - one girl was always on time with her share of all the bills (even paid rent 2 months ahead), the other girl was always late. Not 1 or 2 days, but consistently 2-3 weeks... So one day while I am at class this girl decides to move out midsemester. Not only did she stiff me on utilities, she stole furniture out of my room.

I think in then end I lost somewhere along the lines of 300. I never did get my money back, but I attributed it to a life lesson.

 
If you really want to piss her off, take her to small claims court. That will insense her and you'll get your money!
