For what we could sell out house for I'd leave the bulbs, and maybe the big screen TV.

i actually sold my house about 10 months ago and DID leave the light bulbs but NOW we are in an apartment looking to buy a house. Everytime i put in a flourescent bulb this thought comes to mind.

i guess i am cheap.

youre fvckin really cheap! why dont you take the shower heads too?

i bought a couple of new showerheads because i don't like the standard ones that are in the shower, you bet your @ss i'm going to put the old ones back on when i leave.

Wow, that's a bit harsh for a response, Plat. Just because you're cheap doesn't mean you can be a jerk, too... ;)

Whatever happened to being nice to the next owner of the house? Altruism has its own rewards. :)

Take all you want that you put in, but atleast replace it with cheaper or the original items. That is, unless the contract explicitly states the things you are taking come with the house/apartment.
