Sandy Bridge-E is out and Ivy Bridge is expected in March 2012. What about Ivy Bridge-E? Will it be delayed too, like until Q4 2012, or will it shortly follow Ivy Bridge release?

Probably 3-4Q 2012 I would presume. Maybe later if Piledriver is, well, a 'pile'...

Yeah I wouldnt expect it too soon. Ivy Bridge is due out around March-April or at least thats what the current rumors are anyway. With AMD falling on its face with Bulldozer, Intel has really no competition at any price point over $100 so they may not get in too big a hurry to get these things out. I doubt they would drag their feet too much though. Id guess we'd see IB-E out around fall next year.

Its not on the leaked Intel roadmap that goes to Q2 so no sooner than Q3.

Sandy Bridge was originally Q3/Q4, the release date blurring the line between those two quarters, so it got delayed. Maybe they can do Q3/Q4 with Ivy Bridge E.

It was my understanding that SB-E got delayed due to a number of reasons:

1. PCIe 3.0 spec being late and unable to test properly.
2. X79 chipset issues.
3. PCIe bug on the C1 stepping which will require a C2 stepping in Q1.

Now if Intel can clear all these issues up by Q1, as they predict, then IB-E will just be a die shrink and should be on time for Q3. Of course that all depends on how well IB performs (issues?) in Q1.
