I voted girl (you said sex not having children) and heres why.
A girl wants sex, she can find sex, it is not a problem. In fact, id say its easyer for a girl to have sex then for her to put on make up. What with all the diffrent types and color. Where finding a partner for the night is simple, any guy is ready and willing, at all times.

As a guy i know we think about sex for the majority of the day. Its not like we are going to turn a girl down if we get a chance (at least if she doesnt look like this). I.... i mean men, have one need, sex.

So if a girl wants sex its much easyer, the end.

If you mean which sex is more likely to find a partner willing to have sex with them,
then women are more likely to be in situations where they can find willing men; but
that doesn't mean they easily find men they are willing to have sex with.

If you mean which sex is more likely to to consider a sexual encounter as a
satisfying sexual experience (aka getting laid) that would be men.
Unfortunately modern society seems to discourage the very behaviour that would
lead to more women achieving the same levels fo sexual satisfaction as thier
partners.

If you mean which sex finds it easier to shed inhibitions and be willing to have
sex with little preparation? Men.

If you mean which sex is better equipped to cause the other to lose thier inhibitions? Women.

If you mean which sex has the most hang-ups about sex, relationships, getting laid,
sexual experience, and what it takes to have a really good time with someone else. Both.







 
The girl just need to be open legged,KY'ed and there you go..

The guy HIM have to do all the dirty job of getting it up if the girl is REALLY ugly PLUS he HAVE TO KEEP IT UP 😀

Wow. You're smoking some hard crack aren't you? The op said who has it easier in getting sex. He did not say who has it easier in climaxing. Obviously guys have it easier, why do studies conclude that only 10% of all women ever can climax, and that also, apparently it is in their genes as well.
