When it comes to multiplay, whats GOW have that COD4 doesn't?

Trying to decide between which game to buy. What does GoW offer with multiplayer that COD4 doesn't?

While I don't know how to fully explain your question, I'd go with COD4 for multiplayer.

Gears of War multiplayer is nothing special. In fact, I've found it nothing but disappointing. The part of the game that's worth playing is the campaign, mostly due to the excellent mechanics for cover and the fact that it differentiates so very well from most shooters

For multiplayer, I say Call of Duty 4 would be better
