Uhm yesterday...? A very nice grilled ribeye that was medium done... Oh and about twice a week I have them... 😎

This past Sunday after church....went to the in-laws and we grilled out.

New York Strip.....it wasn't the best cut of meat, but like all steak, even when it's not great....it's still pretty great.

This last Friday for my birthday. 60 day dry-aged ribeye. Usually I am a purest, but it was paired with a truffle cream sauce on the side. Could have eaten that on a roof shingle.

Probably around 20 years ago. I have a recipe for steak, basically pan frying it and then tossing some whiskey in the pan, swirlying it around to make a sauce to toss on it. I never order a steak when dining out.

Does eating at a brazalian steak house (all you can eat meat - sirloin, filets, flank steaks, chicken, sausage, leg of lamb, etc) count? what if you only ate lamb chops? We went tonight to avoid the valentines day madness tomorrow...

I ended up doing 12 good sized lamb chops...had a few bites off the gf's plate waiting for the lamb chop guy...we liked the flavor of the flank steak more than the other cuts...

About 20 minutes ago. Om nom nom.

Grilled a couple ribeyes on high heat with a coffee-based rub. Cut the steak thin and made steak sandwiches for dinner. A little olive oil on the bread, steak, slice of cheese, and some home-grown arugula and tomatoes. Damn fine sammich.
