Its been a long long time, I truly think that happy doesn't exist anymore.

right now. I just got back from XC practie, did 4 one-mile repeats at 6:17 pace each. Got the endorphins kicking around my system now and I feel great. I'm gonna have a kickass season this year, I can tell. What sickens me is that some of my teammates did like 6 one-mile repeats at a 5:00 flat pace... Jeebus!

ive been happy a lot lately. lots of reasons why also. finished paying off my car. got lower insurance because i no longer need full coverage. ex-girlfriend chasing. another girl chasing. girl i like is now chasing. get paid this friday. ah, good times. :beer:
