When is ATI going to have a DX10 card?

I am in a gaming clan and want to play the new R6 Vegas but my X800XT wont play it. (UBIsoft has the worst PC dev team ever).
So now I am stuck between buying a X1950 (AGP) now or just waiting to upgrade the whole system and go PCI-E. But if the wait is going to be a long one I will just upgrade the card.

Thanks in advance guys.

I'm predicting late January or early February. That's my guess, but definitely dont expect it anytime sooner.

Isn't Ubisoft just a publisher?

If you don't mind me asking, what's wrong with going to PCI-E now and settle for a decent card to hold you in?

That, or what's wrong with going with a G80 with a PCI-E system? Does R6 Vegas not work well with G80 at the moment?

No one knows with precision, it's only speculation.

Wait and see.

Not exactly as they do have a couple of first party development teams such as the ones that make the Splitner Cell games, but R6:V is devleoped by Red Storm rather than an Ubi team.
