When Im surfing the net, why does it always tell me I have to debug?

What in the world is this? I looked up on the internet and it says to clear temp. internet files but that still doesnt help.. What does this mean?

Does it say something like "A script error has occured on this page. Do you want to debug?" when using Internet Explorer?

If yes to the above, do you have Microsoft Visual Interdev, Visual Basic or any of the other Visual Studio programs installed? I used to get that a lot on my work computer until I figured out how to disable the prompts in Visual Interdev.
