To those who work in IT for HR, try working between IT and HR. I have to translate the stuff that HR wants to make it intelligible for IT, and then translate what IT says to make it intelligible to non-geeks. Plus I get to deal with vendors who make promises that their companies never fulfill.

Yeah, we get blamed regularly. Our applications are "slow" (firewall - talk to IT), "non-intuitive" (if you're a retarded monkey), "broken" (if you don't enter the correct password), etc.
